About Rosewater Holiday Park
Where is the holiday park?
Rosewater Park is located in a shallow valley a short walk from the village of St Teath. Close to Port Isaac with its steep narrow streets and busy harbour, the local area is popular with film makers and visitors alike with many films and TV series using its pretty location Kerdene bought the park in 2000 and we have since developed a number of luxury timber clad holiday lodges there.
North Cornwall, with its brooding moorland and dramatic coastline has always excited and seduced its visitors. Equally popular with those who love the outdoor life and with those who enjoy its more gentle side, this area has much to offer the seasoned visitor.
What we did
When Kerdene bought Rosewater and St Merryn Park in 2000 we wanted to offer our customers bespoke holiday homes at reasonable prices. All of our lodges can therefore be altered to your specific requirements and budget, allowing you the opportunity to have your dream holiday home.
Once the park was complete we decided to move on from Rosewater. We are now focusing our attentions on St Merryn Park, which in recent years has undergone a major refurbishment. The park now features tennis courts, an outdoor play area, a restaurant/bar, fish and chip takeaway, Londis shop and dog exercising area. Find out more about St Merryn Park here.
